To be aproved your site must have a pleasant design, good content, respect copyrights, privacy policy you collect visitors information, easy navigation and well written and follow these rules:

1. The site must have a safe family content, specially for children.

2. Internal links opening in the same browser window, and all external links opening in a new windowand they must to be active.

3. If your site have music, a button to turn it off.Flash introduction a button to skip it.

4. We accept sites in all languages, but we aprove quickly portuguese sites, sites in other languages must have a translator on line.

5. Only webmasters and webmistresses can apply, and you must be over 16 years old.

6. The site must have a minimum of 5 pages with proper content.

7. The secret word is "Alegria". Without this word the site will be disclassified.

8. Top of the page button on long pages.

10. In case the site changes its content after winning the award, the webmaster/webmistresses must re-apply for the award in order to keep it.

11. The result of the evaluation will be send within two weeks, except on holidays time (Christmas, vacations). In case of disqualification, the site owner must wait 30 days to re-apply.Two disqualifications means that this site cannot be evaluated again.

12. I don't like to see horizontal scroll bar on 800x600 resolution pages.

13. I like to see sites with easy navigation, with back, top of the page and next arrows or buttons in all pages.

14. I'd like to see a site map.

15. When requesting the award the applicant declares to be the pair of these rules and in accordance with our judgment, no complains accepted.

16. The award cannot be altered or resized or changed in any way.
