Antonio Carlos Simões Vieira was born in 1955, Pindamonhangaba city, São Paulo State, Brazil.

He had created his first site 3 years ago and during this time acquired a lot of experience in html.

He use to surf all around the web to improve himself.

He is founder, owner and evaluator from Kit of Sucess, Kit Awards Program, and Awards Listing Index. Co-founder from A.B.A.M.

To built the sites he usually uses this programs:FrontPage, Fireworks MX, FastHTML, Dreamweaver MX, GeoHTML, Xara Webstyle among others.

His pc is a Core 2 Quad 2.4Ghz, 4Gb RAM, LCD on a 17" monitor with screen resolution of 1280 X 1024 with windows xp, navigator IE 6.0

To evaluate a site he searchs for content, design, useful things, and particularly friendly sites for all.

During the evaluations follows the Code of Ethics for Evaluator, to maintain his Awards Program on the high degree of Seriousness, Honesty, Impartiality, Fairness and Integrity.
